Cancellation Policy

LATE/ CANCEL POLICY:   Please make sure to be on time. A grace period of 10 minutes will be given to you. If you are over 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled (fees will be applied to reschedule ). You will also need to give a 24 hour notice if you decide to cancel or reschedule and to reschedule there will be a fee from $5-$25 depending on your service amount that will be paid through Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay or Cash App. Zelle or Apple Pay - (602)-882-9420 Cash app - carmenrayo Paypal - cmrayo03 NO SHOW FEES: If you no show you will need to pay a fee for the TOTAL amount you booked. You can find the fee in the services section where it will say " No show service value fees". You need to pay this before booking again. If you do not pay the fee and book I will cancel your appointment so please pay to before. This is to ensure I get paid for a slot that someone else could have taken. I am a small business so please respect my time. You can pay this on the website or pay it through Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay or Cash App. BOUNDARIES: *** Rayo Esthetics does conduct services in private areas for clients so please be aware that this is a PROFESSIONAL setting. I am a licensed esthetician and there will be no inappropriate behavior allowed. If you are not respectful and you say or do anything inappropriate your service will be discontinued and you will still need to pay full price for your service. This could also lead you to getting banned from coming back so lets be respectful to each other <3 *** ARRIVAL : Come in through the gates and to the left (depending which gate you from) come into suite #6 and Please be seated in the waiting area.
